I've been doing Taekwondo since I was 8 and have been to a variety of schools. Lee's approach is the toughest and wisest I've seen yet.

This dojang favors martial artists who are in it for self betterment. The primary focus is conditioning and general technique as the instructors encourage pushing past your limits.

With that said, if you want to do Taekwondo to learn how to fight and go to tournaments, Lee's isn't for you. It goes against their core philosophies.
