Brown's Brewing Company's Troy Taproom at 417 River Street, Troy, New York.

Brown's makes great beer and I was excited to visit their taproom after seeing them for years at beer festivals. As a taproom experience this comes up short of what it could be. On the plus side, the service was friendly and pretty quick. However, the kitchen doesn't seem to be run well. We ordered a biscuits and gravy special which came out at room temperature, as if it had been plated at least 10-15 minutes before being sent out. Just shows a lack of quality control on the part of the cooks and servers and doesn't make for an appetizing experience.
